Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using nuori. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use nuori.

1. Description of Service

nuori provides a platform that allows restaurant owners and operators (“Users”) to create, manage, and share multilingual digital menus with their customers. The service includes menu creation tools, QR code generation, and a public menu viewer.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use nuori. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use nuori only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service to distribute false, misleading, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair nuori‘s servers
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the service without prior written permission

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to nuori, including menu items, descriptions, images, and other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant nuori a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

nuori and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by nuori and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that nuori will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

nuori is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nuori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if nuori has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nuori‘s parent company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of nuori shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
